Wellbeing encompasses many different elements. This includes positive emotions, such as happiness, joy, contentment, excitement, wonder, and calmness. It also includes good physical health and positive, meaningful social relationships and connections.

Motivator

I see motivation as a key factor to keep having a life style that is as healthy as possible. We all well know its benefit, but with so many easy options and delicious food and drinks available in supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, we sometimes forget all about it and have them more often than we should. Moderation is also the key one says, but it is not as easy as it sounds.

Festive Season makes it harder to stick to health menu. Treats are welcome, but again the key is moderation. However, everybody is different and is driven by different motivators.
