I knew I needed to change something in my life, but did not know what.
I then met a friend that had recently completed a professional course in Coaching and was willing to practice her new skills. Having done a course myself and being interested in the subject I decided to have sessions with her. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life! It was a life changer!
The sessions unlocked my potential by increasing awareness in what I need or want to change in my life to reverse the above. One area was diet, I decided to change to plant based diet and what came next was incredible. Few weeks later I started to see things with more clarity, have more energy and a more positive mind. I have now lost the unwanted weight and menopause symptoms are almost non-existent.
The increased sense of wellness motivated me to continue and enabled me to have the confidence to make other decisions in my life that in return is making me feel healthier and a whole person again.
In conclusion…I am taking better care of myself, keeping hydrated, creating my daily recipes and enjoying it, doing exercises, socialising again, so on.
