Somehow a warmer and sunny days make a great difference to motivate us in pursuing a life challenge, a change in lifestyle, a change or improvement in our health habit, even a new career, why not? Bright days, bright our mind.
At the moment I’m motivated in doing 30 minutes daily online Zumba classes before start working. It energises me for the day, I feel more focused and happy that I have done something good to my body and mind.
